In their first game at home after the all-star break the New York Knicks fell to the Dallas Mavericks in heartbreaking fashion. With the scored all tied up at 108 the Knicks bumbled away their last possession while Dirk Nowitzki hit the game winning shot as the game clock expired handing the Knicks their 9th losses in 11 games in February and pushing their record to 21-36 after a 54 win season late season and the second best record in the Eastern Conference. After the game we spoke with Dirk and Carmelo on the final two possessions of the game and we also spoke with 37 year old Vince Carter who knocked down seven pointers on the Knicks about his former teammate Jason Collins, we ask Dirk about Collins as well and much more.

After J.R. Smith’s airball, Dirk Nowitzki leaves the Garden with the lucky, game-winning bounce.
